Refund policy.

Customers may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, please contact us within this period.

Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned due to a change of mind or sizing issues are not eligible for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for store credit of equivalent value once the item is returned.

To avoid sizing issues, we recommend consulting the size chart available in the product description. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out to us for recommendations.

Refunds are only applicable if the item arrives faulty or significantly different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us with clear photos or a detailed description of the issue.

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with PASSIONS CREATE WAVES and agree to accept delivery of the parcel associated with their order.

If a parcel cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons outside PASSIONS CREATE WAVES’s control (e.g., incorrect phone number or address, absent recipient, refusal of customs clearance, or refusal to collect the parcel), the parcel will be returned to PASSIONS CREATE WAVES at the customer’s expense. These expenses include shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
